Manage your catalogs

A project can hold as many catalogs as you need. You switch between them with the catalog selector at the top of each app, and manage them from your project's catalog settings.

Rename a catalog

Give a catalog a clear, recognisable name so it's easy to pick from the selector — for example the store or market it represents. Renaming a catalog only changes its label; it does not affect the products inside it or the apps that use it.

Deactivate a catalog

Deactivate a catalog you're no longer working with to hide it from the catalog selector and pause the work the apps do on it (price monitoring, scheduled feeds, and enrichment). Its configuration is kept, so nothing is lost.

Reactivate a catalog

Reactivate a previously deactivated catalog to bring it back into the selector and resume the apps' work on it, using the same source and sub-selection it had before.
